Expect a wave of ripe orange, peach, nectarine and mango, backed up by a cheeky little earthy bite that reminds you these hops were happily living on the vine not long ago. Behemoth are suckers for throwing fruit into beer, and this series is their way of shining a big, juicy spotlight on one fruit at a time, then wrapping it all up in a mouth-puckering tart Sour Ale. For the fifth instalment, they're coming in hot with the ultimate summer icon: watermelon. REAL watermelon. No flavouring fakery, no shortcuts, no "natural essence of watermelon-ish" nonsense. It's back, and it's bigger than ever! Some of you OG Behemoth fans might remember this beer as one of the very first seasonals they ever dared to put in a can. They've built it on a pillowy base of pale malt, oats, and wheat to make it soft, smooth, and oh-so palatable.
