The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Original cult classic Pernicious Weed, now in delicious Yuzu flavour. Super sour fresh Yuzu zest and freshly squeezed juice collide head on with Nelson Sauvin and Rakau in a giant-foamy-super-golden-fruity-citrus-hop-bomb-explosion! It shouldn't taste this good, but it does.

Zesty pineapple sour, with a spicy chilli kick. A super refreshing, clean, sparkling kettle sour, brewed with agave syrup, pineapple and fiery habaneros. Expect a big pineapple candy and citrus nose, juicy, fresh cut ripe pineapple flavour, habanero heat and more than enough acidity to cut through the fat of even the most robust burger, while still complementing lighter offerings.

It's a fruit filled, full cream trip in every sip. Pink Milk, strawberry Oat Cream IPA, brewed with a double dose of creamy lactose sugar, strawberry puree, dragonfruit, vanilla and a careful blend of HBC1019, Galaxy, Luminosa and Sabro hops. Absurdly smooth and juicy sweet, balanced with strawberry, bubblegum, coconut and tropical fruit hops. Udderly delicious!

It's beer from back when malt mattered. Rain, Steam & Speed, English style IPA. Ripe juicy Maris Otter and chewy crystal lay down a foundation of rich malt flavour, supporting an assertive load of East Kent Goldings and Slovenian Celeia hops. Notes of toffee and fresh baked biscuits balanced with firm bitterness and floral, earthy citrus aroma. Sometimes you've got to get old skool.

The goat is back and this time he's angry. Raise the Horns, hardcore Doppelbock. More malt, a cold ferment and extended ice conditioning creates a doom metal dark lager beer, rammed full of smooth dark fruit and chocolate intensity and finishing with a delicious touch of alcohol warmth. Let me see you throw those horns!

Slip into something a little more comfortable. Satin, the freshest drop from the Fabric Oat Cream series. Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Riwaka, Galaxy, Motueka & Talus hops creating lush passionfruit smoothie, layered with peaches and coconut cream with pink pomelo and lemon lime top notes. So smooth!

The real deal. See You at the Crossroads, grapefruit IPA. Bright, crispy clean West Coast IPA, brewed with a mountain of Chinook, Strata, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe and spiked with grapefruit terpenes and natural peel extract. It's an unbelievably intense hop hit of fresh citrus, pine resin and pineapple sativa, elevated with mouthwatering juicy grapefruit. Where do I sign?

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Surrender to the Void, an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What's The Void up to this time? Cherry, chocolate and coconut - well that does sound lovely, but don't you think its rather a lot? What do you mean you're only getting started! Oh Void, have you no restraint! Turn off the mind, relax and float down stream.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
