The Strata CGX hops bring juicy notes of passionfruit, strawberry and grapefruit to the front which balance out the resinous, earthy tones of the terpenes, creating a layered beer bursting with candied citrus notes and complexity. Inspired by a throw-away descriptor by beer blogger Phil Cook, Angry Peaches aims to create an aggressive stone fruit character with absurd amounts of American hop Amarillo. Because Garage Project loves everyone. Garage Project got all the Amarillo they could get their hands on and put it all in this beer. Just for everyone. Angry is the new nice.
