Crafted from premium Tasmanian fruit, the 2024 vintage highlights the purity and finesse of one of Australia's most celebrated Pinot Noir regions. Raspberry red in the glass, it opens with aromas of fresh raspberry, dark berries and plum, layered with earthy notes, a hint of briny caperberry and subtle savoury complexity. The palate is beautifully balanced, combining juicy berry and stone fruit flavours with fine graphite-like structure, crisp acidity and silky tannins that carry the wine to a long, elegant finish. Inspired by the iconic Bin 707, Penfolds Bin 407 was created to showcase the character of exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing together ripe fruit, structure and carefully integrated French and American oak. The 2024 vintage opens with wild raspberry and blackcurrant, layered with forest floor, bay leaf, olive tapenade and warm spices, with subtle cedar and vanilla adding depth. Generous and juicy on the palate, mulberry and cherry plum glide across a broad mid-palate, framed by fresh acidity and chalky tannins, while savoury notes of barbecue jalapeño and toasted cumin drive a long, textured finish. Approachable on release yet built for the cellar, it promises to develop beautifully through to 2048.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.

Born from a "Red Winemaking Trial" that began in the early 1990s, Penfolds RWT Bin 798 Shiraz has long since outgrown its experimental beginnings to become a benchmark for contemporary Barossa Valley Shiraz. The 2024 vintage showcases the style with layers of blackberry, mulberry and blackcurrant, woven through exotic spice, violet, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and savoury olive notes. Plush and velvety across the palate, fine, mouth-coating tannins provide structure and impressive length, while French oak adds depth and poise. Approachable now yet built for the long haul, this is a beautifully balanced Shiraz with the concentration to reward patient cellaring for decades.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.

Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. Tannins are restrained, so this is also a lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner option on its own and delicious when served slightly chilled.
