Gimblett Gravels Syrah is a rich and concentrated red, offering perfumed aromas of ripe black fruits, savoury spice, liquorice, and Provençal herbs. The palate is silky and succulent, layered with depth and complexity, leading to a lingering, spicy finish. Enjoyable now but will also develop beautifully with age, making it a perfect companion to red meat or game dishes.
