Marion Street, inner city saison, a style of beer from a simpler time, lovingly recreated for the new urban world. Fermented with mixed cultures, aged in oak barrels and blended with a portion of aged sour stock, it's an easy drinking farmhouse style ale with a subtle tart twist. East Coast anthem IPA - a big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing in intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than it's bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Zesty pineapple sour, with a spicy chilli kick. A super refreshing, clean, sparkling kettle sour, brewed with agave syrup, pineapple and fiery habaneros. Expect a big pineapple candy and citrus nose, juicy, fresh cut ripe pineapple flavour, habanero heat and more than enough acidity to cut through the fat of even the most robust burger, while still complementing lighter offerings.

Cut and polished to perfection. Red Diamond - 6.4 carat West Coast style Red IPA. A blend of four malts and hand selected Chinook, Mosaic and Citra hops create a rich red IPA loaded with juicy high kilned malt rubescence, deftly balanced with clean grapefruit and juniper bitterness and bursting with citrus, blueberry and mango indica notes. Diamonds are a hophead's best friend.

Slip into something a little more comfortable. Satin, the freshest drop from the Fabric Oat Cream series. Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Riwaka, Galaxy, Motueka & Talus hops creating lush passionfruit smoothie, layered with peaches and coconut cream with pink pomelo and lemon lime top notes. So smooth!

It's malt's time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Incredibly balanced and easy to drink, with smooth, malt driven biscuit and toasted hazelnut notes. It's malt, with a little Rock n' Roll swagger. Throw me some horns.

Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Galaxy, Peacharine, Luminosa and Sabro loaded with tangerine, peach, mango, coconut and berry. So smooth!

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between.
