Blonde Rye IPA, fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Krush and Simcoe. It's a beer with a crisp bitter bite, racy tropical fruit and mouthwatering citrus. A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
