This is a fruit driven Hawkes Bay Merlot ready to drink or for the short term cellar. A perfect match with roast lamb and minted potatoes.

Intense red and purple hues. Fresh and voluptuous flavours of black cherry, blackberry, chocolate and spice. Deep spice engage with notes of ripe berries with hints of smoke and espresso, culminating in a soft velvety finish. Select parcels of Pinot Noir from around New Zealand went into this wonderfully fruit-driven wine, bursting with dark cherry and wild lavender aromas, with notes of red liquorice and clove and a smooth finish.

St Hallett has been producing fine wines since it was established in 1944. All of the fruit used in every bottle of St Hallett wine is grown, made and matured in the Barossa with some of the fruit coming from some of the oldest vineyards in the world. Shiraz Grenache Touriga - This wine is a great example of bright fruit and varietal characteristics and shows lots of lush plum and cherry flavours up front.

A brooding mix of dark and blue fruits. Black cherries, plums and perfumed fruit mince. A good measure of spice, with earthy and chocolate undertones. balanced, even and supple. Morello cherries, earth and spice fill the mouth. The wine is bold and generous, without being heavy. Velvety tannins with a light cherry-chocolate finish.

A blend of 50% Tempranillo - Spain's most famous grape variety, 43% Shiraz - the workhorse of Australian reds, a dab of Grenache in the mix. Full bodied and supple with cherry and chocolate flavours at the fore, underpinned by notes of liquorice and savoury spice, held together with silky Tempranillo tannins.

In Stoneleigh's Marlborough vineyards, sunstones absorb sunshine during the day, radiating heat onto the vines at night, resulting in their distinctly vibrant wines. Stoneleigh Classic Merlot, the aroma is fragrant with plums, blackberries and black cherry notes.
