Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.
